Change in routine. I live with my Mom who is 94. At the end of November she fell and dislocated and fractured her shoulder. This means she needs help doing things and I am that helper (and very happy that I can do it). So my routine now fits in with her routine. I'm more active which is a good thing. I'm getting all the rest I need and feeling the love more than ever. At 78 I am feeling myself changing, or maybe I should say that I'm seeing that inner self come forth, the person I want to be. Mom is doing well and so grateful for every little thing.
Began making my morning 5-cup coffee pot with half decaf. I feel a lot better later in the morning. I was feeling shaky after an hour or two. I used to make the coffee up to the 3-cup mark and slowly increased it which must have got me up past my caffeine tolerance (if there is such a thing).
Working on Yourself Alone: Inner Dreambody Work by Arnold Mindell.
In Ascension by Martin MacInnes
The Old Fool and the Corruption of Myth by Adolf Guggenbühl-Craig.
Practice of the Presence: A Revolutionary Translation by Carmen Acevedo Butcher by Brother Lawrence
Bio-Spirituality: Focusing as a Way to Grow by Peter A. Campbell, Edwin M. McMahon. This is a book on Focusing which was developed by Eugene Gendlin. I've used this process with good results. This book tells how to do it, but also goes deeply into how it is a spiritual practice as well as for problem solving.
Discovered Elle Cordova, Toni Lindgren - good guitar and vocal covers and original music. I like them enough to join each of their Patreons. Here's a couple they did with Josh Turner.
